What exactly is this? I have no clue except that it has something to do with a cell phone.

I looked for something similar on here
Newegg.com - flash reader
and it seems a similar product would sell for $5 - $10.
I guess I'll save it for a Christmas gift for someone who knows what the heck to do with it.
