Yum. Schlotzsky's has great guacamole. On a regular basis I buy the grilled chicken/guacamole wrap. Good stuff.

Not as bad as you- closest one is 139 miles away.

I love guacamole. Costco sells a really good one called Wholly Guacamole.

I make my own and can't understand figure out why there's keeps from turning brown. Aside from lime addition, they must put in tons of vitimin C./citric acid.

The way to stop the brown is to not expose it to air. When you want to store your guac in the fridge, put a piece of plastic wrap over it and press it right down to where it contacts the guac, with no air bubbles and no guacamole exposed to air. It will be nice and green the next day. Peel off the plastic wrap and dig in.

Works for me anyhow :-)

Yup. Me to ...and bury the pit - don't know if that's a wives' tale, but it doesn't hurt.
But in bulk manufacturing, I still wonder.

I'll try lime. It's true, lemon changes the taste a bit.
