I got (yesterday) the Purex with zout, the nicorette taste lozenge and...I think there was a 3rd thing but I can't remember what.

I almost threw away the coupon for the John Frieda FREE Hair Color...the expensive foam in kind. It looks like a post card ad. You have to open it to see the coupon. So, keep an eye out....it's on predominantly black paper.

I threw mine out because I don't use John Frieda of any kind on my hair. I only buy my products in the beauty supply store.

I also got 2 high fiber (oh, yippee) Quest Bars.

1- Peanut Butter Supreme


Man, it is so humid here. One of my yankee pals calls the condition "close" and it is. Plus we have "dangerous storms" coming in this afternoon. Sounds like a good time for a nap to me.
