What will I see if it's a flood zone? I got a map, but it doesn't show anything other than a map.

Dark shaded areas show the flood areas. If map is white with no shaded areas, it's not in the flood zone.

Wow. They have certainly improved the info available since Hurricane Sandy. I see many of the areas on LI that formerly were not in flood zones are now included. Too bad they had to be underwater for the designation.
