We're a family of four. I have two boys who we homeschool and we plan on renting a house.

Safety is our top concern no matter what state we live in. My husband grew up in a tough neighborhood and doesn't want to do that again.

We can afford $2000/mo in rent.
Love dog parks.
Love libraries, the beach, pizza!
Don't want to live in a "spotty" area no matter how beautiful the particular neighborhood.
I work from home.

He'd love no more than a 20 min. commute if possible.

Any suggestions where I should look for a house? Zip codes would be helpful, but even town names would be great.

Thank you!

Alley

I don't know what "spottY" is, but logically, you should look in the 19963 zip code (Milford) which covers part of Kent County and part of Sussex County.....close to the beach, Grotto Pizza, dog park, library....check, check, check, check...

Hi Alley, good luck in your search.

Would be helpful to clarify where your husband's work area is so folks can help you with this part.
