The undercover officer will be one of the very few in the bar not drinking.

How is a server supposed to keep track of the people who are walking, getting a ride or taking a cab or uber?

What about the people that made the bottles that hold the alcohol? Or the people that built the bar that holds the liquor? Shouldn't they be arrested if someone goes out of there drunk and kills someone? Aren't they partly to blame too? How about their parents? If they hadn't made hay in the bed, there would have been no one to build the bar or make the bottles? And how about their parents. Why don't the pigs just arrest ^6%%# EVERYBODY, including themselves?

No I did not forget. Some may even get my point. Certain traumatic injuries (like brain injury or broken neck.) with no recovery effect the victim and their families for the rest of their lives.

As interesting as this topic is, the discussion that followed had nothing to do with Delaware and more to do with undercover cops and their role in general. Thread closed.
