Can someone please give me truthful information about the quality of the subject schools? I was checking the dress code on the middle school....uh....you really have to tell parents to not send their kids to school wearing slippers???? What kind of people go to this school for God's sake.

Thank you.

Songbird:

You may realize that the cautionary directives are not a result of the behavior of the majority of any population but that of the very select few - e.g. rule to come to a stop at the stop sign on a minor road -it is obvious that everybody must do it just protect themselves from getting plowed over by the traffic on the main road - but the rule has to be written for the ignorant to protect from their own actions!

I know completely normal young adults who graduated from Brandywine and went on to UD. They're middle class professional kids. It's not some ghetto culture for goodness sake! You seem very suspicious/fearful of the Wilmington area, Songbird. Have you spent much time here checking things out?
