Try a second dentist for another opinion. Your post doesn't fully make sense to me.

What amazed me is she say she need to do 3 gum disease deep cleanings before pulling anything out. That is like a month to 2months before she could pull anything out. No antibiotics or nothing evrn though she say infected and i tell her ive been getting up between 3 to 5 am every day because of pain. Why can other people get there out in one day?

Get a second opinion or ask for her to be more clear as to what the plan is. Do you have follow up appointments scheduled for these deep cleanings or anything? I do know she can't pull anything until any possible infection is cleared up. They don't usually like to just give out antibiotics unless needed. I'm not sure how that works, you'll have to ask them or get a second opinion.
