hello there,
I am so much depressed and so much worried about my teeth right now. Few days ago I woke up and did the brushing teeth, while I was eating breakfast I had a feeling on teeth, I touched them with tongue and felt cut there. I went to check it in the mirror and found that there were no more than four teeth had erosion, two had minor erosion so tiny that can't be seen while other ones had small holes on the enamel.I went to the dentist he told me that it happened because of soda like coke, pepsi, red bull and booster. He filled one of the teeth with composite filling and said I should check if I am comfortable with it. I had it filled seven days ago and but it came out while I was chewing on food. It made me think that filling might not be the right solution for eroded teeth. The other three teeth have small holes right now. I will leave them right now. The one that had filling has gotten bit bigger due to drilling, ever since the filling came out I am unable to drink water.
I am terribly sorry you are having this happen. If possible I would give up the sugary drinks at least until you can heal your mouth. Try to drink or eat homemade bone broths, foods high in calcium, and eat healthy non processed foods. There is some great sources to google how to heal your teeth, enamel and gums. Keep up with the treatment your Dentist recommends and see if they can set you up for another appointment.
You should go to dental care and show of dentist again and take treatment for it filled up.
