So I saw this ad recently where it seems to be like they send you aligners to fix your crooked teeth. It seems nice in that it cost much less but not only that, it doesn't require any dentist visits? But the other thing is if you travel a lot, then its very convenient.

The other brand i heard similar was smile direct club but i didn't hear much good reviews about that one.

Has anyone here tried Candid Co?

There MUST be one or more initial dental visits to determine whether these aligners would even work for you (even braces can't do everything...I know...been there), and to prepare models, and possibly one more to check the fit once you start the series. How would some aligner lab even know what to make without that????

No, you CAN'T take selfies of you teeth and get braces without a visit by a dentist.
To get a Candid teeth Aligners you need a 3D scan/pictures/impression of your teeth.
You must accept and approve the personalized aligner program before they get started on manufacturing them.
Candid Co. chooses your personal orthodontist based on the state you reside in.
Candid Co. starter kits are just *$95 per kit. This includes 2 sets of impressions.
The payment is $88/month
or one all-inclusive price of $1,900. Covers your full set of clear aligners and complimentary whitening foam.

Taking pictures for the brace aligners is really ridiculous . Dentist take a mold of your teeth structure and gum line to create customized aligners.
