I have both an upper and lower missing molar, now the molar next to my missing upper one is bad.
My options are to have a root canal and crown or have it pulled and an implant put in the top and bottom, as the bottom molar won’t last me that much longer either?
Any suggestions?

A root canal and a crown is cheaper than an implant, if you can save a tooth I think that's always the best thing to do.
