Hey guys, I start a new job tomorrow and I have be in north Denver at 8am. I'm driving from Aurora and know that I-25 will be a nightmare. I prefer not to pay for any toll roads either... any recommendations?

Download the Waze app. I have found it works very well for routing around traffic. I-25 is not always a nightmare.

Where are you coming from in Aurora and what part of north Denver are you going to?

From Hampden & Buckley in Aurora to E 78th Ave and Washington St in Denver. Here's the route google maps recommended:
It says to go Buckley to 70 to 270. What do you think?

I don't think you really have any choice. It's that or I-25, which would probably not be better.

Agreed on Waze and FYI Google now owns Waze so google maps IME does as a good a job if not better as Waze rerouting around traffic. Couple of times it took me through some backcountry roads and when I stopped to see why I realized the highway nearby is jam packed

I knew that Google bought them, but wasn't sure that they were incorporating it into google maps.
