I am wondering about the area below 6th ave and above W.Colfax. This area is near the new light rail station and I plan on commuting into denver for work. Is it a good investment? How would you classify the residents?

How about some north/south streets? Area between 6th and Colfax covers a whole lot of land.

Edit: I just saw your title. Hopefully someone knows where those subdivisions are.

Very family oriented, Mines students/profs and young professionals.
Id rate it very good and still affordable. (Ive been in every subdivision in the metro area more than once.)
There are some affordable condos close by(this neighborhood) but they are mostly occupied by Mines students.

I really like those neighborhoods. If they're convenient for you, go for it.
