Hi everyone,
What seems to be the preferred areas for retirees, working couples without children, etc., to live in the Denver area?
Thanks for any suggestions
Sincerely,
Maddie Claire

The stoney brook townhome community. I don't know exactly what their restrictions are (I mean age) but the community is awesome and appears to cater to an older age demographic. It's located in just outside DTC, it's treed, has great walkways and little creeks. It's expensive ($300,000 to $450,000) but its nice. Just my favorite community.

there are quite a few in and around the metro area. are you looking for single family, condo, ranch townhome, older, newer, brand new, certain activities, specific services, proximity to something?
