not sure if your still looking but i just found this one looking for event planning internships for myself. It's located in centennial, co (a suburb of denver, easy to get to)

Just an update on this old thread, eGo Car share now offers services downtown Denver. They have a Prius.

There is a link on their site to sign up.

There is a one-time $25 application fee.

I know people who live in the City without a car. If they need one, they rent one for a day or two or have joined one of the car sharing clubs. www.denverinfill.com/blog is a great site to explore the changes going on.

Difficult to get around Denver without a car unless you live in one of a few central neighborhoods. Denver is neither conservative or liberal, it's equally both, maybe leaning towards conservative.

Denver is a fairly metropolitan area considering its relatively small population so I would imagine there's some decent urban planning issues, especially considering that the light rail has a short history and is still expanding.

Portland OR may be the most liberal place in the U.S. if you're into that sort of thing.
