Any insight into where in the metro area they are landing? It is hard to imagine they decided Denver metro without any specific area that they liked.

This says it will be in a designated enterprise zone, which maximizes the goodies they get from the state. The Project Cardinal referenced in this article was the codename used for negotiating the deal.

Thanks for the link.

Average salary of $185K for 800 jobs is impressively high. Compare that with the other company mentioned in the article with average salary of $67K for up to 1097 people.

I'm guessing they go Broomfield or Westminster up the 36 corridor to be closer to Boulder and Louisville.

Looks like they chose LODO. Great location near Union Station, parks, restaurants etc.

https://www.denverpost.com/2018/09/1...s-denver-lodo/

VF signed a 12-year lease for 1551 Wewatta St. and will occupy the entire 10-story, 285,000-square-foot building. With an estimated capacity of 1,200 people, the building provides VF the opportunity to expand its future workforce beyond the 800 jobs it expects to employ in Denver over the next eight years. The company employs nearly 70,000 people worldwide with operations across more than 170 countries.

Marketing description of the building.
