We are moving to Denver area from Indianapolis, IN by end of Nov.

We are looking for apartments in Stapleton or Park hill area, do you have any recommendations for any apartments in this area?

I have looked at Park Hill Village, any one stayed there?

Thanks!

There really aren't many apartments in either neighborhood that I can think of. Stapleton has a couple complexes - check out stapletondenver.com for info.

I looked at Aero Flats (on Montview) when I first moved to Denver and decided against it, but it could be an option for you. I didn't like it because I wanted an apartment with a door that opens to the outside, but otherwise, the unit I saw was fine. You might want to check it out.

There are a few places in Lowry too if you want to check out a place a little south of Stapleton. It's a bit cheaper to rent (when we checked it out) but doesn't have as much in the way of commercial development.

I have not stayed there. Those are the apartments by the golf course, right? It's kind of a weird area. It's sandwiched in between I-70/Colorado Blvd and a not so nice part of Park Hill. The apartment complex is newer and looks nice enough from the outside though.

Any suggestions for apartments between downtown and airport not too far (2-3 miles) from I 70?

We are planning to be in Denver this weekend to look at some apartments, so far other than park hill village and Stapleton we were not able to find anything else.

The problem is many areas have really nice places where it's been redeveloped and people put in money, or pretty run down where money hasn't been invested. Newer and more affordable areas are going to be in the surrounding suburbs a bit farther from I-70.

I would stay south of I70. Stapleton probably best fits your criteria.
