A people mover car jumped the rail last night and ran into a platform at Michigan Station. The people mover is closed until further notice. They didn't give any comment...

Yikes! I was on the train last weekend to get to the auto show. Anyone have thoughts on this?

It's still quite a shocker. I am glad the people mover is up and running again though. This good as the auto show is still on this weekend

Yeah that stuff is scary... especially being so high up in the air for a train. It could of been a disaster. I bet even that thing on the train that talks said "OHH SH*T!!!" lol. In all seriousness though I'm glad no one was hurt or killed. Last time I rode it, the train was packed, it was a Redwings game and there were a ton of kids on the train as well, all excited looking out of the window.
