I will be relocating to Detroit next week and i am in desperate need of info on places to live. I will be working in Warren. Interested in a 1+ bedroom condo/townhouse/apt. in a safe, pretty, progressive neighborhood located close to a mall, starbucks, whole foods, trader joe's, fitness club and a highway. school district not important because i don't have kids. Please send me any suggestions because i have never visited the state.
Thanks in advance and please be as detailed as possible because time is running out soon.....

There are only two places in Metro Detroit that have both a Whole Foods and a Trader Joe's: Rochester Hills and West Bloomfield/Farmington. Troy has a Whole Foods and Grosse Pointe has a Trader Joe's. From what you are describing, my guess would be Rochester might suit you best with the exception of it's a bit of a commute to Warren. Not much in Metro Detroit is progressive. Good luck!

My place in Sterling Heights may be available Nov. 1st. 2BR/1Bath, updated and in a nice complex.

No Whole Foods/Trader Joes, but everything else is right there...

Send me a PM if interested, but it sounds like you may be in a little bit of a rush.
