Yeah, I take a variety of nutritional supplements. I’m not entirely sure they help all that much but they also don’t do any harm that I can find, I just think we don’t eat the variety of foods we should. I take grape seed extract, Cosamin DS, tumeric, cinnamon extract, quercitin with bromelain, multivitamin and baby aspirin.
You could try a TENS unit to stimulate the nerves and block the pain. I don't know if they have a home device for feet. I've only seen the one used to relieve hip and back pain. The important thing is to follow up the stimulation with therapy applied to that area.

I bought a TENS unit for my back and used it before I had my surgery. I liked it for that purpose. It was one that a hospital I visited sold to me. I’ve tried it on my legs and can’t recommend that unit for that purpose (maybe there are body part specific units). It very quickly became uncomfortable trying to use it on my lower legs.
