Has anyone here tried this work out DVD? If your not aware of who she is she's the tough trainer from Biggest Loser. Apparently you can lose 20lbs in 30 days with 20 minute workouts each day. I'm never convinced that people really lose that amount of weight in that amount of time but I have the determination and I already eat super healthy so as long as I stay with it I'm hoping to do well!

I've read reviews and people do great...but has anyone on here tried this out?

I started today at 6am before work and its a great workout, hard, exhausting, sweaty workout lol but I'm hoping for big change! I'm thinking about doing this workout once in the morning and once before bed everyday.

The people on biggest loser excercise about 6 HOURS a day.

Well of course I understand that, I'm also not 300lbs and competing for a weight loss show. I'm simply interested in knowing if anyone here has used this video or any others that are similar and had great results.

Ok, sorry.............it does not make sense to me that you can loose weight at that rate no matter how hard you worked for 20 minutes; I am not sure it could have that much impact on your metabolism.

Does not meant it is not good workout. There is a thread on the premise of muscle confusion in the excercise forum I think.

I used it for 12 days straight, then on and off for a week, and i lost 10 pound!!!an inch and a half off my hips, and inch off my waist, and almost all my cellulite on my legs are gone!! i didnt even diet to well, just drank a lot of water, i recommend aquafina. :] im 19 years old, 5'3 and was 160 pounds, now 150. but I had stopped for about a month, long story, and gained three pounds back :[ so I have to start again! she is amazing. I actually got to wear my skinny jeans :] i didnt think this work out would work, but i have heard so much about her i tried it and i look so much better, even after not doing it for a month.. I highly recommend this workout.
