I weighed in last Saturday and lost 2.2 lbs, weighed in today and lost another .6 for a total of 42 lbs! Let's all try and make a New Years resolution to get healthy and start eating better. Happy New Year everyone.

Congrats! One of my favorite parts of WW was the weighing in. Its such a great motivator.

Hi Lubby and Luckyd609!

I rejoined WW last week after being away from it for 9 years. It was time to retune the eating habits, to say the least. Tomorrow is my 2nd meeting/weigh in. I've been very good, so please wish me luck

I want to ask one thing -- is it me, or am I getting more food this time around than last? Weren't bananas and apples 2 points in the past?

Hi Bee,
Congrats on getting back into shape!
When I did WW 4 years ago apples and bananas were 1 point. But as I understand it now they are zero points because they want to encourage people to eat more fruit. I am sure Lubby will be able to give you more information.

OBH nice to see you on this forum. Yes bananas used to be 1 pt now they are zero and you are getting more food and more choices. and I like the 49 extra weekly points to. I gained 1 lb this past week but I know it was from chinese food and lunch at panera the day before weigh in. good luck and lets all help each other get in shape and healthy. I have been on ww almost 1 year. It's a slow journey but I have gone down 4 sizes and I love it. O wear skirts now and have not worn a skirt in 10 years.

Great job Lubby. I love w.watchers. Although I don't go to the meetings I do count all my points. The holidays were hard on me with all the cooking, traveling, eating etc. I gained 6 pounds back so on my way to losing that.
Keep up the good work.
