Yes I feel great, I though I may have lost weight this week but I was not ecpecting that big of a weight loss. It's been months since I had a weight loss over 2 lbs. I'll be buying a new bathing suit this May.

going to meetings- down about 9 lbs.
I ended up liking it a lot!
I think my flaw has been not eating enough points.

You have to eat all your points or at least most of them. My leader said sometimes when people plateu or don't llose they may not be eating enough to burn calories. My DPT is 29 I don't always eat 29 some times I eat 25. But if your DPT is 29 and you are eating only 18 that's not good ( so I am told) I use my 49 weekly points on saturday and sunday only but I never use all 49.

You need more protein sidrah. Cheese, chicken, tunafish, nuts. You also need to eat some carbs as well, whole grain, brown rice, whole wheat pasta.

Not much salt in my diet,,,,,,, I use MRs dash
Drink most of the time more water then I should but I am a thirsty soul ! hA

I am thinking its was cause of the starches I had..... I LOVE LOVE LOVE Potatos and I had a small one ( yes charted it) and I had some baked red potatos ( yes charted) So I think my problems are Starches......

Hello I am Jasmin, I am addicted to Potatos !

I never get into my Weekly points, there has been times I have like 2-3 points left but most of the time I eat all my Points. Lots of fruit and veggies....

I was also told told by my leader that carbs make you retain water and if you have a lot of them everyday it's not good. Carbs should be eaten in moderation.
