Great weight loss. Keep it up. I gained 1 lb but that was do to my time of the month. so 47.4 lbs down. been buying news clothes last few months so that's good. I may I plan to buy a new bathing suit. Something I haven't done in 5 years. I love the beach. I need to excercise more.I gave away all my big clothes so there is no excuse not to keep this weigh loss going and off once I reach goal.

good Job Lubby ! You can do this !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I lost 3.6 lbs this week, 15.3 Lbs total loss, 163.4 lbs Weigth now !! Hoping to be at 160 Lbs next week ! Which means I would have to loose 3.4 lbs .......so I must work out and drink lots of water !

BUT on a funny Note if I loose another 1.5 lb I am not Obese anymore,,,,, then I am *just* overweight, never thought I would be exited over that lol.

Gained 2 lbs this past sunday. I went out to eat saturday for a luncehon after a funeral mass and ate more than I normally do, I had a piece of tiramisu, then when we got back to my friends their were more desserts, chips and dip. But considering I did not pig out alot I still ate stuff I normally don't eat and 2 lbs was too bad.
