I am doing Weight Watchers for the first time. After my first three weeks, I'm down 9.8 pounds. I know how to lose weight, but I actually enjoy the meetings and the support aspect and counting points.

I'll be weighing in Monday (day after easter ) I am on track all week so far and plan to stay on track during dinner. Some of the dishes I am making are WW friendly. I am making my mom's broccoli bake but a slimmed down version, I made it a month ago and DH said he liked it better than my moms. I am also making a low fat cheese cake only 6 pts per slice.

I LOVE cheesecake! Would you mind sharing the recipe?

My weigh-in is Saturday morning. I haven't been eating great this week, but I've pretty much been staying on plan and exercising. I guess the scale will tell me on Saturday.

sure:
3 packages of lowfat philadelphia cream cheese
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp fresh lemon juice
1 tsp lemon zest
3/4 cup sugar
3 eggs
pre-heat oven to 350. Take 2 graham cracker boards and crush them fine in a zip loc bag. Spray a 9 inch pie plate with non-stick butter flavored spray, press crumbs into pie plate and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
mix first 5 ingredients in a mixer or food processor until smooth and creamy. add eggs one at a time. Pour into prepared pie plate and bake for 45 minutes, let cool before you refrigerate. (3hrs to chill in fridge)
