Hoping to be at 160 by friday I kinda made a bet with Hubby .....So i been running/ walking every night trying to make the most out of the few days left before he gets home lol
I have no motivation to exercise. I did when I forst joined WW though. I have to get back in the habit. My goal is 150 so 26 more lbs to go. I may want to loose more but lets see if I can get to 150 end of summer.
I am doing Weight Watchers for the first time. After my first three weeks, I'm down 9.8 pounds. I know how to lose weight, but I actually enjoy the meetings and the support aspect and counting points.

I'll be weighing in Monday (day after easter ) I am on track all week so far and plan to stay on track during dinner. Some of the dishes I am making are WW friendly. I am making my mom's broccoli bake but a slimmed down version, I made it a month ago and DH said he liked it better than my moms. I am also making a low fat cheese cake only 6 pts per slice.

I LOVE cheesecake! Would you mind sharing the recipe?
My weigh-in is Saturday morning. I haven't been eating great this week, but I've pretty much been staying on plan and exercising. I guess the scale will tell me on Saturday.
