To what do you attribute the 70lb weight loss? lifestyle change? change in diet? more physical activity?
Was not trying to loose weight.
I don't eat as much or go to buffets, like I used to.
If I stopped drinking alcohol I would lose a lot more, but I'm not trying.
But if I was wanting to loose weight I would control my food intake.
People today try to loose weight by going on High Protein diets
which will actually cause a person to gain weight.
Eat to much Protein, and what is not used is turned into stored fat.
Carbs are the danger to weight loss failure.
I do not exercise.
When people exercise they lose fat and built mussel,
which is another cause of failure, and a greater disappointment to
the person trying to loose weight.
In equal volume mass, mussel weighs more than fat.
If you exercise as you lose fat you will build mussel
and your weight loss will stop.
Hitler had no problem in causing people to lose weight.
He Feed them a small amount of food and no exercise.
Those people lost weight fast, and they did not die ... he had to kill them.
They did the same thing in prison camps ( North and South )
during the Civil War in The U.S.
Cut the food intake down, and you will lose weight, I don't care who you are.
You've not weighed in 2.5 years, you've not changed your diet to cause any weight loss, you don't exercise, you look bigger than you did at 420 lbs, your clothes are tighter than when you were 420 lbs and you think you've lost 70 lbs? I think there was an error in reading the scale or it was off due to you being over its max weight of 350.
Everything you have posted would indicate your result can't be correct. I'd find another scale and I bet you're going to be disappointed in what it says. If I had to bet, since the scale had a max weight of 350, is that you are 98 pounds heavier than 350 and actually weight 448 and the scale indicated 348 since it doesn't have a 4 in the first digit to tell you that you are actually 448.

One scale was on a Hospital the other in a doctors office.
The scale it correct and it had 2 more pounds to go before it maxed out.
Also my wife got on the scale, and it gave her weight correctly on the button.
The reason I have stayed big is because I have lost muscles
and gained fat, which does not weigh as much per volume of mass.
I explain this in one of my other post, if you would go back and read it.
70 lbs. of fat is twice as large as ... 70 lbs. of muscle.
Look at these pictures, and you can see how big a difference there is.

.
I don't think many would consider this a selling point.
