Simple Trader Joes shopping list:

Kale
Spinach
Almond milk
bag of cuties
bananas
Yogurt
broccoli
frozen chicken
Raw almonds
cottage cheese
eggs
oatmeal

All healthy foods that are cheap.
You can buy organic kale and spinach, almond milk, cuties, bananas, yogurt (Fage plain Greek), organic broccoli, organic chicken, cottage cheese, eggs and oatmeal at Costco at a lower price than Trader Joe's.
