That isn't so much a "diet" as it is common sense when it comes to being healthy. Add "no sugar" (no fruit juice, no candy, ice cream, etc.) and "minimal fruit" to that list and you have the recipe for weight loss and health.
Again, I would not call it a diet, I call it just being smart (i.e., not nutritionally stupid).
Leaving out fruit or eating less than necessary for a good balance in one's daily consumption is being nutritionally stupid in my opinion.
What works for you does not work for others and everyone should be able to figure out their own dietary needs IF they want to make the changes for themselves.
If they don't want to make any changes for themselves then that is their choice as well, no matter how many people think it is wrong.
It is really best food in world for whom those who want to loose weight and also for those who are health conscious. I like your suggestion and everyone who want to loose weight has to apply these, it is very good for health.
Nuts very much in moderation (they contain no water and don't make you feel full easily)
Meat and plants. Yogurt, cheese, eggs, bacon.
Have cinnamon with anything sweet like fruit and yogurt. It will mitigate the insulin rise and keep you burning fat for fuel.
Fast 12+ hours. Fasting becomes easier when you satiate yourself with fat and protein.
The pounds will disappear quickly with no exercise required.
