Best diet in the world is one that you can handle long term. Lifestyle change not a temporary change.

Again, I would not call it a diet, I call it just being smart (i.e., not nutritionally stupid).

Leaving out fruit or eating less than necessary for a good balance in one's daily consumption is being nutritionally stupid in my opinion.
What works for you does not work for others and everyone should be able to figure out their own dietary needs IF they want to make the changes for themselves.
If they don't want to make any changes for themselves then that is their choice as well, no matter how many people think it is wrong.

No grains.

No grains.

I repeat...no grains.

Fruit in moderation.

Nuts very much in moderation (they contain no water and don't make you feel full easily)

Meat and plants. Yogurt, cheese, eggs, bacon.

Have cinnamon with anything sweet like fruit and yogurt. It will mitigate the insulin rise and keep you burning fat for fuel.

Fast 12+ hours. Fasting becomes easier when you satiate yourself with fat and protein.

The pounds will disappear quickly with no exercise required.
