A lot of good points here...

I agree with you luckyd that if you it healthy food you will feel better. But i also believe that:

If you try to feel better, no matter what, you will it healthier food.

What do you think it comes first:

1- Eating healthier to feel good?

2- Making yourself happier, and because of that, being more careful of what you eat?

Well, I'm done with Day 5....odd...this morning I was down 4 pounds....how can
that BE! (went on 2 scales, even....gotta be water weight....feel the same.)
No salt, no meat, eggs, oil....and lots of vegetables and a couple fruits....must be it.
Feel great.
Again, food is pretty boring without salt...so not eating as much, for sure!
Done with the caffeine headaches, thank God.
Funny, I have no cravings, for example... beer...or an org lamb chop....again....odd.

Morning of 6th day...could all my tissues and cells be
purifying?
Because just waking up today...I felt all 'new'...different....so clear...
boy do I feel great!

But, understand, I drank coffee, not always organic, ick, teas, not organic, veggies
50% organic...and drank alcohol some....my cheese was never organic and
I drank mostly tap water. Used stevia which I think is ok.

I feel like sponge under a clean waterfall. Impressive!!!!

Okay made it all the way thru the 6th day...
part of 7th....
In my area grass fed, org, roasts were majorly on sale...
like from $18 a pound to $9...froze a lot...but, cut off some
ribeye steaks before freezing some...oops.

Still feel great and just had org quinoa with org veggies.

So the benefit for me was...I will cut back bigtime on meat and the my
salt was way too much...I will be continuing that cutback, bigtime.

Thanks all...have not weighted myself in days...I feel the same...tho...
maybe 6.5 days wasn't enough because others said they lost quite a bit...
that wasn't my personal objective, tho....wanted to cleans a bit...and it feels like that worked....
OH another benefit...
I am strictly doing organic now...big change...comparing butter, for example, for the first time...
I found a pound was 40 cents more...not bad...sure there were brands
for $3 more, sitting there, too.
So this is the end to my report.

So you followed a 10-day weight-loss diet for less than 7 days, to "cleanse" a body that doesn't need "cleansing" and discovered you consume too much salt.

Sounds to me like the diet had nothing to do with you feeling better. Reducing salt, however, did. You don't need a 10-day weight loss diet to figure that out - you just need to calculate how much salt you get, and compare with how much you should get, and adjust accordingly.

Diet and routine workout both are very crucial for proper maintenance of the body. Green tea is the best product for reducing your body fats and improving your metabolism.
