There are various Weight Watcher publications on sale on Amazon from the 1980s. Search for "Weight Watchers quick start" and look for the publications from the 1980s.

Yes, the exchanges are much better than the points system, imho...

Have you checked ebay?

The OP is a phishing scammer. It'd been reported.

It's a fairly well-known internet scam. They say "I need WW 198x exchange, please e-mail me" or "send me a private message" or "I have the WW 198x exchange info, private message me for details" or e-mail me for details..

and then, you get in touch with them and give them your e-mail address. And then they send you the file that you wanted, with all the information. Except - it's actually a hack into your computer, which you just gave them permission to do.

There's all kinds of other things they can do once they have your e-mail address. Mostly - sell it to Nigeria and Irish Sweepstakes scammers.

Some facts to know:
1) The WW 198x list is copyrighted information, and WW has never given permission to anyone to give out their diet program documentation to anyone. So anyone who is offering it to you for free - is stealing. Anyone who is asking for a copy - is asking to steal.
2) The WW 198x list was replaced because it was determined to be less useful and less effective than whatever replaced it. And in fact - science has changed since 198x. And WW attempts to follow actual science when it makes its recommendations, which is always being updated to ensure usefulness, healthfulness, and effectiveness.

I say 198x because it's not always the same year they're looking for, but it seems to always be somewhere in that decade.

The diets change and they improve. A diet worked before because you were committed to it. You were also younger.
Here is an idea, write down everything you eat, along with the caloric value of each food. Set a calorie cap for the day. Do not go over on calories. Eat from all the food groups. There, no need for something you will never find.
