I enjoyed two bowls of frozen yogurt and three cups of coffee yesterday. However, after my gym workout, I had diarrhea which made me feel uncomfortable.
I didn't have any frozen yogurt today. I had some coffee this morning after breakfast at Subway. I later went to Whole Foods and had two slices of pizza and gingerbread cookies. However, I had loose bowels again this afternoon. I am also suffering from hemorrhoids despite regular use of hemorrhoid ointment. Which diet would be a correct option for me? Has anyone been in this situation? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Diarrhea can be caused by lots of things, especially by a bug, which you may have. Your diet does not sound very healthy however. That said, nothing that you have eaten should cause you this type of symptom except the frozen yogurt. I would think by now you would know if you are lactose intolerant or not.

No, it doesn't sound healthy. Breakfast at Subway? Pizza? Hopefully you're eating real food too.
But from what you said, the only thing I can find in common might be dairy products--frozen yogurt and cheese on the pizza, maybe cheese on whatever you had at Subway. Lactose intolerance causes diarrhea. You might possible be allergic to dairy products but it does sound more like what Luckyd609 said: lactose intolerance. You could remove all dairy products for about three days and see how you are at the end of the three days. (Takes about three days to clear out of your system.)

I'd say the first place to start would by getting rid of the junk food like frozen yogurt, pizza, gingerbread cookies and Subway sandwiches.

Yes. Common denominator. Also fat/grease. Pizza and Subway do not use the highest quality of cheese, either so if good quality cheese does not usually bother you then you know it is the fast-food greasy stuff that bothers you.
Maybe you should stick to BRAT foods for a day or two. Bananas Rice Apples Toast. Give your GI tract a break. Then add things in one at a time to see if it starts again.
