Yes hard to stick with it.

No pizza no Chinese no sushi. The first two weeks are the most difficult

After you get to your final goal ...in the case of you wanting to lose a few more pounds ...if desired, keep a lower carb level and eat smaller portions along with your current exercise routine. It's been working for me ...so far!

Excessive toxins in our bodies are responsible for acne and skin rashes. Just my opinion Best regards.
Most of what we eat is not processed food additives, it's food! If you have enough "toxins" in your liver to affect its function, you should see a doctor immediately, you'll probably be jaundiced. You shouldn't be pushing your "Red Tea extract commercial" in someone's thread who has achieved great results using conventional, medically-proven methods ...never mind the other half dozen threads you've intruded on.

Save the sales spiel for a late-night TV infomercial! Best Regards!

Detoxing is for drug addicts and alcoholics. If you do not have a substance problem then detoxing is pointless exercise. Our liver and kidneys do a fine job of detoxing for us.
Drinking lots of water is what will help along with a healthy diet.
