Good joob! But I'm double better With proper food for healthy diet, workouts, and sticking with it every day you can reach your goals. But I prefer detox before all of that, it help me a lot. I was excited because I lost 16 pounds in 2 weeks just with it. Yesterday I made review of my weight and belly fat lost, and want to share it with you, maybe will help someone.

After you get to your final goal ...in the case of you wanting to lose a few more pounds ...if desired, keep a lower carb level and eat smaller portions along with your current exercise routine. It's been working for me ...so far!
Most of what we eat is processed food additives, not toxic to the body, but still called toxins. Toxins that will tend to overload the liver and divert it from its main activities. Most of what we eat is not processed food additives, it's food! If you have enough "toxins" in your liver to affect its function, you should see a doctor immediately, you'll probably be jaundiced. You shouldn't be pushing your "Red Tea extract commercial" in someone's thread who has achieved great results using conventional, medically-proven methods ...never mind the other half dozen threads you've intruded on.

Detoxing is for drug addicts and alcoholics. If you do not have a substance problem then detoxing is pointless exercise. Our liver and kidneys do a fine job of detoxing for us.
Drinking lots of water is what will help along with a healthy diet.
