I am...I'm 45..feel 25..my triglycerides are at 35!!! No cravings for processed junk..going on 3 years and i am and have been thin for the past 2 plus years


Never been thin...ever..except now

I load up on beans....greens...fruit...as much as i want..one serving of oatmeal with almond milk for breakfast. Handful of nuts....

No bubble to burst. Not looking for any sort of answer. There are many ways of eating healthfully.

My cardiologist mentioned and I am doing research.

Yes, for several years. I was perfect content, but I did lose muscle tone and eventually lost the ability to properly digest pulses and even moderate amounts of grains. The bloat got so bad, I was frail-looking but with a taut, distended belly. YMMV, but I started running out of foods I could eat without chronic pain, so I had to phase-back in animal products, although I do still eat a lot of produce. I’m still thin, but more robust-looking.
