Hello, I am 20 years old and have gained so much weight. I am not obese but I am overweight I used to be so tiny I don't know what happened. I really need some help with losing this again. I am deciding to start working out for many reasons : my career (either dental hygiene or nursing) my soon to have wedding (want to look my best) when I get pregnant so I am already in good health and of course my health! Can someone help me with a routine? here is what I am wanting to work out:

Thighs, lower abs && wanting to lift and firm my butt..

I am 5'3 140lbs.

Anything will help. I am willing to work with my diet as well as I know that that is what helps a great deal. help?

What dress size are you now and what were you before?

I'm 5' 4" and 150lbs size 6 mostly but can still fit my 4's. Mostly a 4 at 145 lbs and below!

Try getting a nice hybrid bike for $450 and workout on that. Biking is so much better than running or walking. I often look at runners / joggers get tired and labored, like they don't wanna go further. On a bike just pedal up to speed and coast to take a break while a nice cool breeze relaxes you!

Then use biking for most errands and short shopping trips to save gas / add in a little workout.

Start lifting. You will need body strength to move patients if you go into nursing and at 5'3'' you are going to need all you can get. I wouldnt lose more than 10 pounds. You can wear a lot more weight and be tiny if you are muscular.
