So I want to know where is the man's rabies certificate? He bit the dog and we know the dog had it's rabies shots, did the man? Because that is not "normal" behavior.

Why is his bond only $5,000? He's involved in a shooting and attacked a law enforcement animal. Kick up the bond, he'll jump a $5,000 bond. That's nothing.

Wait, wait...when he jumps the bond, will they send "Dog" the Bounty Hunter?

Sorry, couldn't resist. Dogs, bonds and bail jumping...
