Has anyone's dog had a delayed side effects of antibiotic? We had our dog fixed, they put her on clavamox afterwards. She has been off the antibiotic for one week, and she just started having diarrhea.
Could this be because of the antibiotic? She has not been in contact with other dogs outside of our household and has not been anywhere but our own backyard. She does not have a temp and is eating and drinking just fine. Moving around, good attitude. I don't think she ate something in the backyard since I supervise her out there since her operation. And this dog (unlike my other one) she does not eat feces and dead things off the lawn
We just had her at the vet 3 days ago and she checked out OK.
We're gonna start her on probiotics. thanks.
