ALL FOR $649 and you get a free dog?

I thought that a little on the crazy side.
The first thing that came to my mind was that someone had a dog they could no longer keep and wanted him/her to have a good home.
Then I saw the price and thought this was ridiculous.
Someone told me one time to never advertise your dog for free. Always charge a fee of some kind. It keeps the puppy mill and the other undesireables away. For example, I can see the ad as saying free dog with the purchase of some items. Ask for a small fee of 50 bucks or something like that but over 600? That's crazy.

This is just sooooo sad, the store has over 70 puppies for sale. My heart breaks every time I see 2 or 3 puppies in a store and I know they are not the ideal pet but if somebody doesn't buy them who will and how long will they suffer at the store. The price is not unusually high for a pet store, and they offer payment plans as well, but I just feel so bad for all those puppies.

The price for a Coton de Tulear was cheap compared to what I looked into. However, the dogs are in cages with holes in the bottom for their poop and pee to fall to the floor. The store smells awful and it takes about 3-5 minutes for your brain to adjust.

I cannot see how people would buy the dogs. It must be hard to housetrain and crate train the dogs when they are used to smelling their poop all day.
