I read through the posts, but I just can't watch the video. Animal abuse horrifies and disgusts me.

It sounds like that child should be in an institution.

I didn't watch the video either. I am watching 20/20 now and they are doing a special about an 11 year old that was convicted of 1st degree murder. It's one of those mystery specials so you don't know if he's guilty till the end. In the case on this thread they have video so prosecutors can see the severity of the actions. Some children are just "bad seeds". In the old days the child would eventually "accidentally" drown in the bathtub or something similar. At least that's what the parent's story would be.

A few weeks ago there was a thread about leaving your dog tied up outside a store. I realize a lot of people shop with their dog, but stories like this are a chilling warning about what could happen if a dog is left unattended even for a few minutes. One poster mentioned lock boxes for dogs in large cities. Those sound like a good idea but they are not widely available now.

If someone left their dog outside a venue in most towns in MT, and someone began abusing the dog, I can guarantee that person doing the abuse would be pummeled to dust.
