I love ALL dogs, but my favorite has to be a rottweiler. They are just gorgeous. I've always wanted one but we already have 3 small dogs that don't get along with other dogs. I also love pomeranians, they are so adorable!!

The first dog I ever raised from a pup was a Rottweiler....I LOVE ROTTWEILERS!
Then we went to the shelter to adopt a baby sister Rottweiler (so we thought).
We ended up with an English Shepherd...I LOVE ENGLISH SHEPHERDS!

Now we have 2 more Rotties we adopted from the shelter.....I LOVE ROTTIES!

Our next door neighbor has a doxie/chi mix, and she is adorable..... I LOVE THIS TINY MUTT!

I guess I just love dogs, but I agree "The best dog is the one right in front of me"

I totally agree. The dog sitting next to me right now is the best dog I've ever had, and I tell him that often. I couldn't ask for a better dog.

I love my beagle/coonhound mix! He is a total goober and is not the smartest dog out there. But he is so sweet and loving. He takes good care of me as well - I have a medical condition and he can "sense" when I am about to have a problem. He warns me to take action by kicking me! And, he has mastered the "I-am-so-sad-and-unloved-so-please-give-me-food look".

I grew up with a GSD and I will always have a special place in my heart for those majestic dogs too.

Hooray for all of of those who have said that the best dog is the one sitting next to you right now.

Well, I've always had a penchant for flat coated retrievers...just something about the long black hair and their disposition. But then I got a Standard Poodle almost 10 years ago and she's ruined me for all others. Oh, I have others, and I *love* others, especially my Aussie Boy (!!!), but my favorite...yeah, that would be my Pudel Girl!!

I love almost all dog breeds, particularly anything in the 50-100lb range. I have always had a fondness for the retriever breeds of all kinds, big, fun, playful...

All-time fav, the Mutt!

I always loved the look of dogs in the greyhound family.

GSDs are gorgeous.

Blue Heelers, not only are they beautiful, but mine was a great dog. I will definately have another in the future.

Havaneses (hope my Bichon isn't reading this). Our two year old Havanese is a bit high maintenance (meaning she need a lot of attention/affection), but she is so much fun. Boy does she enjoy life.
