I am confused and concerned. I have been ordering Revolution from them for both mine and my son's dog. I took my dog to the vet today because of some intermitent but ongoing eating of grass. They did a fecal and it came back as hookworm. I didn't think that the revolution prevented the hookworm, but then tonight when I was looking at their site, it says it does. I just want to make sure that it really does what is says it does. I am more concerned about the heartworm for both dogs...
By all means, contact your vet about it. This goes back several years and I one of mine had hookworms too, was on Heartgard and if I remember right, the company paid for the worming treatment b/c my vet put in for it and I bought the Heartgard frm him (had I gone to an outside source, it w/h/b different). I later put her on Interceptor which gives protection added protection against whipworms. Anyway, you may want to run it by him tomorrow, as long as the website says it does, then it should.
**Edited to add*** - I misread your post, you might want to disregard my above post - I was under the impression you purchased it thru your vet, buying thru an outside source may be one of the times you're out of luck, you could contact petsuppliesnet to get their opinion (they should have a record of your purchase). Let us know and good luck!
