This is a picture of a sweet dog and her puppy that were confiscated in northern Florida. The rest of her litter was beheaded with a machete by her owner before anyone could get to them to save them.
The owner is being charged with cruelty. The county may not be able to put these dogs up for adoption until the court hearing is over but they need to get out of a shelter. The little one is so young that there is no telling what kind of deadly viruses it could pick up. The mother has skin problems that also need to be addressed.
Both dogs are very sweet and desperately need a foster home immediately. If you can help please call Moderator cut: Contact OP in private direct message for further information.
A Florida rescue is needed to pull these babies and foster them ASAP. I believe there is a collection being taken up for the rescue that fosters them, and currently it’s at $100.

OMGosh, mrs. Poor babies. The mama looks like her heart hurts and is so miserable and in such bad shape on the outside. I hope to G&d someone reaches out because of you're putting this here.
