Has anyone used this food? My 8 year old yellow Lab needs to be on a grain free product and I have been feeding the smoked salmon product. So far, seems to be okay.....but long term, am wondering what others have experienced. Thanks.

I just want to share a funny thought I had!

When I read your thread title, it reminded me of mothers who taste baby food!

I fully expected to open this thread and read about what you thought about the taste of the dog food your dogs eat -- or wondering if anyone else had tasted it themselves!

I have never heard of the dog food brand. I assumed it was called "Wild Dog Food" and the rest of the title was the action of tasting it!

I use it - as do many regulars on here. It's a well-reviewed food and just off the top of my head I can't remember any negative comments about it (other than maybe someone's dog didn't like a particular flavour).

What, in particular, are you concerned about?

TOTW is one of the 3 we rotate. No problems and the dog loves it.

Artie's eats TOTW. He's not a fan of fish but he loves the bison/venison flavor.

He's a REALLY picky eater, so the fact that he actually eats his TOTW is a huge deal.

Read about TOTW on Petfoodreview.net and have both my dogs on it. Great list of ingredients. The older (he's twelve) of my two dogs is not doing so well on the duck formula. The food might be too rich for him -- his stools are mushy. Thinking of switching him to the salmon formula. The younger (he's two) of my dogs is doing great on it.

Thanks so much to all of you. She is on the salmon formula but after reading your thoughtful posts, may go ahead and rotate with the bison/venison formula. I appreciate your knowledge.
