I knew it, the Federal Reserve can never sell the toxic "assets" it took off the table to make the US economy stink less than it does.

Doesn't matter. The Fed buys them from, and transfers its revenues back to, the Treasury.

They were talking about the fraud ridden MBS that the Fed is buying.

Who cares. It's still a gain in aggregate demand, and the Fed still generates an enormous profit for the government.

You guys make big deals out of fairly trivial events. Chill.

I don't know about that. Seems to me there will always be overly skittish investors who are happy to receive paltry returns from bonds.
