I'm not. I don't care how much people do or don't save as long as they don't start crying to me or the government over their life choices.

Move. America isn't built for the poor. Canada and Australia are nice.
Yeah and most people can be fit and healthy, but their not. What most people do doesn't line up with saving 1 million dollars. It rarely happens.

In an economic forum it would be natural to have a higher population ahead if the curve because they have more interest in economics

You are in the economics forum. Relatively few people without money are even interested in economics or investing.

Geez stop making people feel like losers for not saving enough. When you haven't saved much money like myself all this does it make someone feel like dirt. When in fact the majority of people are in this situation.
You don't need to feel like a loser or dirt. But, you should do what you can while you can, so you have enough later. "Enough", of course, is relative.

You are right on both health and financial health. Doesn't mean it's not realistically doable for a lot more people than will actually accomplish either

Most people aren't fit due to lifestyle choices. The same goes for financial fitness. I have a friend that buys a new phone almost as often as women buy purses. Not surprisingly, he has very little in the way of savings.

It is not that difficult and but requires some understanding about risk management and investing. I made money the old fashion way logic, risk, leverage, intuition, luck, failure and never giving up.

I'm not going to bother posting in this forum, it seems like only the exceptional and above average post in these forums.

If you think poor you will be poor. The biggest reason for failure is only hanging out with those who support your views of things.

Most folks never sleep with the enemy and so they really only understand their own view of things and usually just end up beleving their own bull sh*t.

Your real knowledge comes from learning from those on the opposite side.
