We have had a few issues and need to sign up for protection.

I read that Lifelock has had some major issues. I read that Zander is a better plan but that they do not do monitoring. That seems like a weakness.

I’d sure like some feedback from any of you that have used these or other services. Thanks much.

We've had Zander since 2007. Haven't had to use their services so far. Just now realized I hadn't activated some new features they put in place some time ago and needed to call customer support. Took less than a minute to speak with someone and she was able to get my issue taken care of.

This is discouraging. I hope there is some company out there doing a better job.

Why don’t you just freeze your credit at the three agencies?

Some people would rather unnessarily pay someone else money than do it themselves.

Experian is also a decent monitoring service, although I don't know it's much different from lifelock. I got Experian for free for a few years due to a minor breach at a university I attended. I have no experience with Lifelock but I assume Experian is similar.

We have Zander. There was an occasion I thought my wallet had been stolen. I had no problems getting through and getting assistance.
