I got the last stimulus check in July, so I'll start looking for this one in April or May. I don't get tax refunds, so the IRS has no idea what my bank account routing is.

I got mine. The full $600. My after tax take home pay is over $90k, but my taxable income is less just under $75k. I file as an individual and have no dependents.

Under what circumstance would the tax credit "not do any good" ?

Got it very shortly after the system went live- went right into the secondary bank account that handles IRS and PayPal transactions
