So why does Daschle resign but not Geithner?

Why does Obama call it a mistake in choosing Daschle but not Geithner?

I don't get it...

Geithner is handling our money but has proven already that he is unethical. Why does he get away with this?

I'd bet the only thing that this will "cost" Daschle is that he won't be in the history books as part of the Obama team. He'll just go back to doing the same thing again..playing in the political background. He'll remain connected to his political buddies to continue his "crusade" and prosper....that's it. If we vote them out of office we still can't get rid of the bastards, they're always gonna be lurking in the background with an "agenda", forever lobbyists.
