Applying for my district's coordinator for recruitment position. Have spent over 20 years in instructional or school based positions, so HR is a bit of a departure. Anyone have experience or thoughts on types of questions to prepare for in an interview? I don't know that it would be the same as a business environment, and not the same as an instructional role. Just not sure what to begin anticipating. thanks
