I'm a minority. Not black. But I can tell you the teachers and administration are the ones who create the minority hating minority culture. The academic culture enforces warped standards in that minorities are supposed to do bad. And they are awarded accordingly for doing bad. When students, such as myself, who tried to do better, were treated in a flippant and scornful manner by teachers, it not only hindered my education making it difficult to learn but the psychological damage was also permanent. Catch-22. Teachers fault. At least in my experiences. I had evil teachers growing up in school and in college. And I have a master's degree. They didn't stop me from learning. But I can see how they can throw their weight around to effectively stunt and stifle others who may not be as smart and ambitious as myself.
I'm a big advocate for online learning. It eliminates all of the social stratification and dirty politics.

It was happening between the kids next door and the kids across the street and the parents of the kids doing the taunting did nothing to stop it. The parents of the kids being taunted moved.
