I had a math professor once who was blind. It's possible because of Braille.

What about chemistry or physics? Is there something like Braille but it has diagrams of molecules and you can feel them with your fingers? Don't they have devices made of raised pins that are like images so people can feel them?

I was thinking about this because in the new Blade Runner movie, a blind person was also an advanced scientist. Of course he had technology that only exists in science fiction.

Possible, but I'm sure it's not easy. I think training in STEM disciplines like math and engineering would be easier to achieve than lab-dependent areas like bio, chem, or physics where technology might not be available to assist the visually impaired.

Mathematics, or maybe even genetic alchemy. You would have to be a crazy student of the arts and use the resources. I mean seriously I would love to know that.
